My background in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University gave me a chef's approach to mindful eating. The experience I received from the Coast Guard as a Food Service Specialist and a Unit Health Promotion Coordinator refined my discipline. I fully dove in the Health and Wellness space by persuing my Health Coach Certification through the Primal Health Coach Institute. Through this course, I learned that ancestral principles are the key to vitality and living life optimally. This obsession has allowed me to reach incredible fitness goals and enjoy every waking moment.
