The 28-Days to Fat Adapted program follows a pattern of eating which has the potential to induce a metabolic state of ketosis. This is paired with Primal lifestyle habits and exercise to help facilitate metabolic change.

The solution is simple: food is the fuel to your life. If you're not putting in the right inputs, your output will be low. How you exercise (or lack of it) can be draining your body of energy, making you seek simple carbs for energy.
Instilling the right lifestyle habits will facilitate the desired dietary outcome. If you create good routines and build a system, you can achieve your desired goals. If one of those is keto, becoming fat-adapted first will make the process easier. Your body will not produce ketones if it primarily uses carbs for energy. It’s also hard to get into ketosis without returning your body to the natural state of burning fat for energy.
Here is the basic formula:
Fuel your body with fat and protein, allowing you to exercise accordingly, then build lifestyle habits that make it easier to do the other two.
